Daniel Petersen is a Principal at Ramboll since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in environmental management and geology. Previously, Daniel served as Principal Partner at Environmental Resources Management from April 2002 to October 2021, overseeing the development and management of multinational accounts and directing over $50M in environmental projects, including site investigations, remediation, and compliance assistance. Prior to this role, Daniel held positions as Project Manager and Geologist at Environmental Resources Management from 1991 to 2002, managing due diligence projects and conducting significant site investigations. Daniel holds a PhD in Hydrogeology, Sedimentology, Geochemistry, and Quantitative Paleobiology and an MS in Sedimentology Paleontology from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
