Malte Zastrow

Malte Zastrow is an experienced professional with a background in business transformation, communication strategy, and project management. At the LEGO Group, Malte served as a Student Worker in the Business Transformation team, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining a SharePoint site and supporting content creation for the LEGO® Agency leadership team. Previously, Malte was a Communication Strategy Intern, focusing on research, newsletter creation, and data dashboard development for the toy industry. In a prior role as an Administrative Assistant at WEMAG AG, Malte organized trainings and internal communications, while earlier experience as an Industrial Management Assistant involved exposure to various departments. Currently, Malte works as a Change Manager and Change Management Consultant at Ramboll, driving change initiatives and facilitating project excellence. Malte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Diensleistungsmanagement from Wirtschaftsakademie Lübeck and a Master of Science in Marketing, Social Media, and Digitalization from Syddansk Universitet.
