Matt Higgs MBA FCIPD is an accomplished professional in talent and organizational development with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Organisational Capability & Learning Director at Ramboll, Matt has previously held positions as the Global Head of Strategic Workforce Planning at Babcock International Group and Group Head of Talent & Organisational Development at Corserv Ltd. Additional roles include Talent Programme Manager at Severn Trent and Talent Acquisition Client Manager for Fonterra at Korn Ferry. Matt holds an MBA in General Business from Durham University Business School and a PgDip in Human Resource Management from the University of Coventry Business School.
