Pia Søgaard-Nielsen

Pia Søgaard-Nielsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate management and legal counsel. Currently serving as Global Real Estate Manager at Ramboll since August 2019, Pia has been instrumental in driving strategic real estate initiatives globally. Previous roles include Director of Real Estate at Vestas, where responsibilities encompassed real estate transactions, lease negotiations, and providing support to regional directors through a Global Real Estate Competence Center. Additional experience includes leadership positions in legal departments at Urban Development and Mobility in Aarhus, the Danish Agriculture and Food Council, and SEGES P/S, focusing on commercial law, corporate governance, and real estate development. Legal expertise was also honed through significant prior roles at CBRE, Central Denmark Region, and Ole Nielsen & Partners Lawfirm. Pia holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Aarhus, along with a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a BA in Business Languages.
