Scott A. Wilson PhD GPHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned global human resources executive with extensive experience in diverse industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Human Resources at Ramboll, Wilson oversees HR strategies for a workforce of 18,000 across 32 countries, focusing on talent acquisition, management, and development. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Triple Canopy and Vice President of HR at SAIC, along with a tenure at Hewlett-Packard and as a Personnel Management Specialist at the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Wilson also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at George Mason University, specializing in global and strategic talent management.
