Gloria Chin

Gloria Chin, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gloria started their career as a Staff Accountant at Annette A. Yu CPA, Inc, where they gained experience in pre-audit planning, reviewing client accounting procedures, and conducting audit tests. Gloria then joined Biomedix Inc as a Senior Consolidation Accountant/Accounting and Finance Manager, where they were responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and developing financial models. Gloria then moved on to Silicon Storage Technology, Inc. as a Corporate Accounting Manager, overseeing general ledger and month-end/quarter-end close, as well as participating in restatements and Oracle implementation projects. Gloria later joined Silicon Graphic Inc. as a Corporate Accounting Manager, where they managed corporate accounting activities and participated in revenue software and Oracle implementation projects. Prior to their current role, Gloria worked at LDK Solar Co. Ltd as a Senior Accounting Manager, where they were in charge of accounting, financial planning and analysis, and supported the corporate controller with technical accounting research. Gloria is currently working at Rambus as an Accounting Director.

Gloria Chin, CPA holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Southern California, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from National Taiwan University from 1987 to 1991.
