VP Of Corporate Development at Rambus

Stefan Tamme's work experience includes various roles in the technology industry. Stefan started their career as a System & Software Design professional at Robert Bosch GmbH in 1991. Stefan then moved on to Sican GmbH, where they served as an Applications Manager from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they joined Sci-Worx Corp. and held the positions of VP International Business Development and President of the US subsidiary from 1996 to 2000, until the company was acquired by Infineon Technologies. From 1998 to 2002, they were the VP of Worldwide Marketing & Sales at AXYS Design Automation, which is now a part of Arm. In 2002, they joined Leopard Logic, Inc. as VP of Sales & Marketing, before it was acquired by Agate Logic. Since then, they have held various leadership positions at Rambus, including Sr. Director of IP Strategy & Licensing, Vice President of IP Strategy, VP of Global Licensing and IP Strategy, and most recently, they are currently serving as VP of Corporate Development.

Stefan Tamme completed an MBA program at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2006-2007. In 2018, they attended Harvard Law School for the Harvard Negotiation Master Class - Executive Education course. In 1999, Stefan attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the Executive Program for Growing Companies. Stefan completed their undergraduate studies at Leibniz Universität Hannover from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained a Dipl.-Ing. (MSEE) degree in Microelectronics.
