Susheel Tadikonda

Susheel Tadikonda has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Susheel is currently the VP & Head of Engineering, Silicon IP at Rambus. Previously, they were the Vice President, Solutions Engineering at Synopsys Inc, where they led a global team of engineers and developed a comprehensive solution portfolio, driving significant revenue growth. Before that, they served as the Director of Hardware Engineering at Barefoot Networks and the Director of Engineering, Processor Development at AMCC. Susheel also held leadership roles at Xsigo Systems (acquired by Oracle), Procket Networks/Cisco Systems, and Intel Corp.

Susheel Tadikonda completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. Susheel also holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in General Management Program from Harvard Business School in 2022.
