Tony Faillaci

Tony Faillaci is an experienced legal professional with a focus on intellectual property and technology law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Rambus since April 2022, Tony manages multimillion-dollar global transactions, oversees legal staff, and enhances operational efficiencies. Prior roles include Corporate Counsel at AMD, where Tony led complex IP transactions and compliance matters for a large technology workforce. Tony's legal career began with positions at Burns & Levinson and Mintz Levin, specializing in patent litigation, and includes significant experience as a Technical Specialist at Troutman Pepper. With a foundational background as a System Characterization Engineer at IBM, Tony holds a Doctor of Law degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
