Krystal Boege, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Ramco Innovations since September 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles in human resources at MENARDS INC from August 2015 to September 2021. Prior to that, Krystal held multiple managerial positions at Menards, including 1st Assistant Building Materials Manager and 2nd Assistant Plumbing Manager, from August 2012 to September 2021. Krystal's educational background includes studies at Columbia College Chicago and The Travel Academy.
