Anand Kandasamy

Anand Kandasamy is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the MRO and aviation industry, currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at Ramco Systems since March 2011. Throughout the career, Anand has successfully led software delivery projects, established project scopes, and implemented Agile methodologies to ensure timely and budget-compliant solutions for MRO clients. Prior roles include managing web-based Aviation ERP solutions, mentoring cross-functional teams, and acting as a Single Point of Contact for client support. Anand's earlier experience at IBS Software Services involved collaboration on technical problem resolution and the deployment of automation tools for software testing. Anand holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maharaja Prithvi Engineering College, complemented by a strong educational foundation in secondary schooling.
