Kiruthiga Srinivasan

Kiruthiga Srinivasan has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Kiruthiga is currently working as the Director of Learning & Development at Ramco Systems since 2022. Previously, they worked at Cognizant for a significant period, starting as a Senior Software Engineer in 2005 and progressing to Associate Director of Learning & Development. In this role, they were responsible for talent development of over 30,000 employees and played a key advisory role to the executive leadership team. Before their time at Cognizant, Kiruthiga worked at CSS Corp as a Senior System Analyst and at Eutech Cybernetics (India) Private Limited as a System Analyst. In these positions, they worked on various projects involving web-based intranet systems and destination sales systems using technologies such as Asp.net, C#, VB6.0, and SQL Server.

Kiruthiga Srinivasan completed their MCA in Computer Science from Alagappa University, between 1991 and 1994. Kiruthiga also obtained a Master of Computer Applications degree from Alagappa University, specializing in computers.
