Mary Elton

Mary Elton has extensive experience in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Gannett Co., Inc. since April 2007. Prior to this role, Mary held the position of Director of Training at The Arizona Republic from January 2002 to December 2006. Mary holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication and Training Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno.
