Krishnan Nilakantan

Krishnan Nilakantan (NK) has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Krishnan is currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer at Ramco Systems since April 2022. In this role, they focus on driving organization continuity and growth by establishing a highly skilled learning organization and fostering a culture of innovation and improvement.

Before joining Ramco Systems, Krishnan worked at Ness Digital Engineering as the Global Head of Learning and Development from July 2021 to April 2022. There, they created and executed the organization's talent development strategy and introduced modern learning technology platforms.

Prior to that, Krishnan held the position of Chief Learning Architect and Global Head of Learning Delivery at Cognizant from August 2018 to June 2021. Under their leadership, they drove transformative initiatives in learning technology, measurement and metrics, and learning solutions management.

Krishnan also gained valuable experience in various learning and development roles at Reliance Industries Limited, Cognizant, New Horizons India Ltd, Savant India Institute of Technology, Informatics Education Ltd, and NIIT Ltd.

Krishnan Nilakantan (NK) completed the Executive Programme in Human Resource Management (EPHRM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology (GNIIT) from the National Institute of Information Technology in 1996. In 1995, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from the University of Madras. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, such as Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, Talent Management, Gamification of Learning, Learning SCORM and Tin Can API, The Neuroscience of Learning, Strategic Innovation and Leadership, and Bullet Proof Manager.
