Figin Jose

Figin Jose has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2018, they worked as the Head of Ecommerce Operations at Ramez, where they were responsible for maximizing sales and production from e-commerce operations. Figin also created and maintained standard operating procedures and policies, and processed incident reports and other necessary reports. Before that, from 2017 to 2018, Figin worked as an Operations Manager at Hilal Al Jazeera E Commerce and ShopEmirates.ae, where they managed executives and ensured accurate performance in various departments. In 2017, they were a Team Lead at Chaozula Pvt Ltd, overseeing team management and reporting to management on team performance. From 2015 to 2017, Figin worked as a Senior Administrator at Araibian Travels, providing support to senior managers and executives and preparing reports. Figin also has previous experience as a Senior Process Associate at RR Donnelley and as an Administrative Assistant at Teams.
