Louise Martland is an experienced ecological professional currently serving as Associate Director and biodiversity lead at RammSanderson Ecology Ltd since January 2025. Previously, Louise held multiple roles at Environment Bank from April 2013 to January 2024, including Associate Ecologist, Principal Ecologist, Interim Conservation Director, National Biodiversity Manager, and Biodiversity Offsetting Project Officer, focusing on the development and implementation of biodiversity offsetting strategies across Warwickshire, Coventry, Solihull, and nationally. Louise holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Ecology and Environmental Management from Cardiff University, completed in 2008.
