Oliver Ramm is an accomplished ecological and environmental professional with extensive experience in consultancy and management. As the Director of RammSanderson Ecology Ltd since April 2014, Oliver has overseen a dynamic consultancy practice specializing in ecology, hydrology, and arboriculture, with a nationwide reach due to strategically located offices. Prior to this role, Oliver was the Principal Ecologist and Ecology Division Manager at Clear Environmental Consultants Ltd from April 2011 to April 2014, where responsibilities included team management, client relations, and performance reporting. Oliver also served as a Senior Ecologist at WYG Group from August 2009 to April 2011, leading a team and managing various ecological projects. Oliver began the career as a Consultant Ecologist at FPCR Environment & Design from May 2005 to August 2009, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Biology from the University of Nottingham, earned in 2004.

RammSanderson Ecology Ltd is a specialist ecological consultancy based at offices in the East Midlands, West Midlands, Yorkshire and Northern Ireland, offering services in Ecology, Flood Risk and Arboriculture. We hold a 5* RISQS rating for Network Rail managed infrastructure with ten PTS accredited ecologists. Founded by Oliver Ramm and Nick Sanderson, the company has core principles of coherent advice based on experience and pragmatism; delivery of high quality work in a timely, cost efficient manner and a belief in customer service, whilst adhering to the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management’s Code of Professional Conduct. We believe it is possible, having delivered projects in this manner for some years, to have a practice which can deliver ecological inputs on time, on budget and work with the client and their team to find mutually beneficial solutions. We provide services to a wide range of clients including private individuals, large multinationals, house builders and government bodies.
