Pablo F. began their work experience as an intern at Philips in 2009. Pablo then worked at Gamesa as an Industrialization Engineer from January 2011 to September 2013. Pablo later became the COO Director of Operations at BHR HELICOPTERES from September 2013 to January 2015. Pablo then joined PwC Espa\u00f1a as a Senior Manager in Advisory Services from January 2015 to April 2016. Currently, they are working as an Associate COO at Ramondin since April 2016.

Pablo F. obtained their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Industrial Management from Universidad Nebrija, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. In 2015, they pursued a degree in Supply Chain Management at Zaragoza Logistics Center. Additionally, they completed a course on Strategy and Finance at COIIM Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid.
