Garry Rhoden

Garry Rhoden currently serves as the County Attorney for Moffat County, CO, providing legal representation for the Board of County Commissioners in all legal matters, including contract preparation and litigation. Additionally, Garry operates the Rhoden Law Firm and has maintained an independent law practice since May 1998. Notably, Garry was a Legal and Policy Fellow for the U.S. House of Representatives and has held various instructional positions in legal studies. Garry possesses a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University.
