Rickey-Leigh Schouw

Rickey-Leigh Schouw has extensive work experience in talent and people management. Rickey-Leigh is currently the Global Head of Talent at Ramp, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People at Snapt from September 2021 to September 2022. From March 2018 to September 2021, Schouw worked as a Talent Team Lead at Kurtosys Systems. Rickey-Leigh was also a Workforce Manager at Global Kinetic People from August 2013 to March 2018 and a Recruitment Specialist at Taudata Consultants from January 2012 to July 2013. From 2009 to 2012, they held various roles at Futurelations Specialists, including Branch Sales Manager for Western Cape and Account Manager. Schouw's earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Director at Spencer Boyd Associates from February 2008 to February 2009, a Recruitment Consultant at Aspera Vision from January 2007 to February 2008, and a Guest House Manager at Berco Group from March 2007 to December 2007. Rickey-Leigh also had a sales role at Macrolan from 2003 to 2005.

Rickey-Leigh Schouw has a diverse education history that spans across various fields. In 1997, they attended Plumstead High School where they obtained their matric, with a field of study in English, in 2002. In 2003, they attended Montrose Business College, studying Travel and Tourism with a legal option, and graduated in 2004.

In 2014, Rickey-Leigh Schouw pursued a specialization in Individual Staffing Professional at APSO Individual Staffing, obtaining relevant knowledge and skills in this field for a brief period. Later in the same year, they enrolled in the University of Cape Town and completed a degree in Human Resource Management.

Aside from their formal education, Rickey-Leigh Schouw has also obtained additional certifications. In 2022, they obtained the certifications "The Reality of Being a First-time Manager," "A Manager's Guide to Discipline and Documentation," and "Global Diversity" from ThinkHR s.a.r.l, which further enhance their professional qualifications and expertise.
