Young Kim is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Ramp since August 2023, overseeing procure-to-pay processes and a team of approximately 20 engineers. Prior to this role, Young was a Tech Lead at Ramp, successfully scaling the annualized TPV by 4x and expanding the engineering team. Young also co-founded Venue, a procurement automation startup backed by Sequoia Capital, which was acquired by Ramp. As a Senior Software Engineer at Ramp, Young contributed significantly during the company's early stages and previously held a Software Engineer position at Facebook where rapid promotion was achieved. Education includes a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, along with a high school diploma from Stuyvesant High School.
