Bob Upchurch

Bob Upchurch has an extensive background in document management and land coordination, currently serving as a Document Specialist at Rampart since October 2023 and as an Administrative Land Coordinator at Lonestar Land Services, LLC since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Contract Compliance Specialist/Title Abstractor at Crown Castle, where Bob constructed lease and license agreements for national fiber optic and cellular network properties, and as a Title Abstractor at GXL Premier Group, LLC, managing third-party crossing projects. Bob's career began with an independent publishing role at The Real Estate Book, after serving in the US Army as an Infantryman. Bob holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Automotive Technology from Wyoming Technical Institute.
