Jeremy Butler

Jeremy Butler has extensive experience in project management and right of way services within the utility and petroleum sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager and Lead Right of Way Agent at Rampart Resources since March 2019, Jeremy is responsible for overseeing various utility projects in Louisiana and Texas, including preparing cost estimates and monitoring project budgets. Prior to this role, Jeremy worked at Rampart Resources from March 2015 to March 2019 as a Right of Way and Claims Agent for ExxonMobil Pipeline Company, where responsibilities included directing the Right of Way & Claims Department and managing project permit acquisitions across multiple states. Additionally, Jeremy worked as an Independent Petroleum Landman at Butler Land Services from May 2011 to March 2015. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Louisiana State University.
