Carter W.W. Smith

Carter W.W. Smith is currently working as the VP of Strategic Workforce Planning & Management at Rampart Communications, where they are responsible for disrupting the way the world communicates by creating fundamental advances in wireless communication security. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Services at Applied Insight LLC from 2017 to 2022 and at CyberCore Technologies from 2010 to 2017. Carter W.W. served as the COO/CFO at Stephen James Associates/Allegis Group from 1995 to 2009 and started their career as an Auditor at Price Waterhouse from 1992 to 1995.

Carter W.W. Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Richmond from 1987 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended St. Paul's School from 1983 to 1987, but did not earn a degree or have a field of study. Later, they attended Wharton Executive Education in 2000 and studied Strategic Thinking and Management for Competitive Advantage, but it is unclear if they earned a degree from this program.
