Robin Ray, PMP, ITIL 4

Robin Ray is a PMP and ITIL 4 certified professional with extensive project management experience. From 2015 to 2021, Robin served in various roles at Skyline Technology Solutions, including Team Lead Network Engineering, Program Coordinator, and Director of First and Lasting Impressions-Administrative Assistant. While at Skyline, Robin managed network engineering projects and provided program coordination. In 2023, Robin will join Rampart Communications as a Project Manager.

Robin Ray holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from James Madison University. They also possess several certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in March 2020. In November 2020, Robin obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In January 2021, Robin completed the Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers course offered by LinkedIn.
