Chris Riggs

Chris brings 20 years of multi-family property management experience to his position as Vice President in the Multi-Family Division of Latter & Blum Property Management.

Chris oversees the entire multi-family property portfolio consisting of over 70 communities with more than 7,000 residential units.The portfolio under his management consists of both conventional and tax credit properties.

Chris graduated from the University of New Orleans where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a real estate concentration. He has earned both the Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor designations awarded by the National Apartment Association. Chris is also a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Prior to joining Latter & Blum Property Management, Chris spent 10 years as a Regional Manager overseeing properties along the Gulf Coast.
