Chris Riggs has work experience in property management. From April 2010 to the present, they have held the role of Vice President at Rampart Multi-Family Management and Vice President at Latter & Blum Property Management Inc. Chris also served as an Assistant Vice President at Latter & Blum Property Management Inc. from April 2010 to April 2023.

Chris Riggs, CPM CAPS CAM, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of New Orleans. After completing their undergraduate education in 1993, they pursued additional certifications in the field. In 1998, they obtained their CAM certification from the National Apartment Association, followed by their CAPS certification in 2001. Most recently, in June 2016, they obtained their CPM certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
