Hernani Soares

Hernani Soares has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Hernani started their career as an Analyst at Aerocoop - Cooperativa de Taxis in 1998. From 1999 to 2005, they worked as an Engineer at Tynex Serviços Tecnologicos Ltda, providing support and consulting services to various clients, including Banco Alfa de Investimentos and Lojas Americanas. In 2013, they joined Mgi Tecnogin as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they managed a team and handled various IT projects, including the implementation of ZABBIX, domain migration, and VPN reconfiguration. Currently, Hernani is working as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst II | Devops at Ramper, where they continue to contribute their expertise in infrastructure and DevOps.

Hernani Soares has a diverse education history in the field of information technology. In 2010, they attended Estácio and pursued a degree in Analysis and Systems Development, which they completed in 2013. During that year, they also acquired certifications from MCURY RJ as a Linux System Administrator and a Linux Network Administrator.

In 2017, Hernani attended Bernardes Treinamentos Online and completed a course in Virtualization with Hyper-V, focusing on Administration and Computer Management/Information Technology.

In 2020, they enrolled in several courses at Cloud Treinamentos - Tecnologia da Informação e Serviços, obtaining certifications in Cloud Backup, Cloud Professional [CompTIA], Cloud High Availability, and Cloud Specialist in AWS. Hernani also completed an AWS Specialization Program during the same year.

In 2021, Hernani obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification, both through a course at Microsoft and as part of the bonus certifications obtained during the Mutirão DevOps training offered by LINUXtips. Hernani also completed the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals course offered by Ka Solution, along with a Logic Programming course.

In terms of additional certifications, Hernani achieved the Introduction to Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) and Introduction to Serverless Development certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020. Hernani also obtained the Microsift Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification from Ka Solution and the Zeca Nunes certification.

To further their expertise, Hernani obtained various certifications in DevOps and cloud technologies in 2022 and 2023. These include Kubernetes Expert Week from LINUXtips, as well as certifications in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus and Grafana, and Terraform from the Badgr platform.

It is evident that Hernani Soares has consistently pursued education and professional growth in the IT field, acquiring certifications and completing courses to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as cloud computing, virtualization, Linux administration, and DevOps.
