Dale Lutchman

Vice President Customer Experience at RAMPS Logistics

Dale Lutchman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President Customer Experience at RAMPS Logistics since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as Head of Customer Experience from June 2020 to January 2021. Dale also worked as the Regional Director of Business Development at RAMPS Logistics from September 2018 to June 2020.

Before joining RAMPS Logistics, Dale was the General Manager at Tribal Caribbean, an interactive digital agency, from July 2015 to August 2018. In this role, they focused on creating waves in the Caribbean and building brands digitally.

From November 2011 to November 2016, Dale was the Manager of Jaiga, an entertainment brand. Dale'sresponsibilities included securing and managing bookings, handling social media strategies, and overseeing the overall care of the brand.

Earlier in their career, Dale worked as a Digital Marketer at Ross Advertising from February 2015 to July 2015, a Guerrilla Marketing Specialist and Product Marketing Coordinator at F1RST Media Ltd from September 2013 to February 2015, and a Radio Announcer & Project Coordinator at Slam 100.5fm and the TBC Radio Network from April 2011 to July 2013.

Dale also served as a Brand Supervisor at The Converse Store - Sports Master Limited from June 2009 to March 2011, and as a Radio Announcer & Operations Supervisor at Boom Champions 94.1fm from June 2006 to June 2009.

Dale Lutchman completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Studies with a major in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Dale attended the university from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Labor Studies from Cipriani College Of Labour and Cooperative Studies, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. In their earlier education, Dale attended Presentation College Chaguanas from 1998 to 2005, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Reading Financial Statements from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in November 2020.
