Amy Goble

Amy Goble is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in audit, risk management, and conflicts resolution. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Audit & Risk and Group Senior Legal Counsel at Ramsay Health Care since October 2018, Amy previously held significant roles at Herbert Smith Freehills from March 2000 to May 2018, including Head of Conflicts for Australia and Asia, where responsibilities included negotiation and stakeholder management. Amy also served as Executive Counsel, managing transactional teams and mentoring junior lawyers, with a specialization in equity capital markets, public market transactions, negotiated transactions, and corporate governance. Amy holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Monash University.
