Anthony Neilson serves as the Group CFO at Ramsay Health Care since November 2025. Prior to this role, Anthony held various senior positions at Santos Ltd, including Chief Commercial Officer and CFO from December 2016 to July 2025. Anthony's extensive experience also includes leadership as CEO and CFO at Roc Oil Company Limited from June 2007 to December 2016, and Finance Manager at Caltex Australia from 2002 to 2007. Earlier in Anthony's career, responsibilities included Business Analyst at Credit Suisse and Accountant at Arthur Andersen. Anthony holds two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from UCLA Anderson School of Management and AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from UNSW. Additionally, Anthony is a member of FINSIA and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Education was completed at Sydney Grammar School.
