Assoc. Professor Bernadette Eather

Assoc. Professor Bernadette Eather is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical governance, patient safety, and health management. Currently serving as Chief Nurse and Clinical Services Director at Ramsay Health Care since February 2018, Bernadette also holds the position of National Manager Clinical Quality & Patient Safety. Prior to this role, Bernadette was the NSW Director of Patient Safety at the Clinical Excellence Commission from November 2016 to March 2018 and worked as a Director at KPMG from January 2012 to November 2016, specializing in health and human services consulting. Bernadette’s qualifications include a Masters in Health and Medical Law from the University of Melbourne, a Doctor of Nursing from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Masters in Health Management from the University of New England, among other relevant degrees.
