Laura Neiland

Laura Neiland has extensive work experience in the field of reward management and global mobility. Laura is currently the Head of Reward at Ramsay Health Care UK, a position they have held since February 2022. Previously, Laura held various roles at Capita, including Head of Global Mobility and Benefits from June 2021 to December 2021, Head of Reward from January 2019 to June 2021, and Director of Compensation in 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Amey as the Head of Reward and Global Mobility from January 2016 to October 2017, HRBP Reward from April 2012 to December 2015, and HR Business Manager - Reward from September 2011 to March 2012. Laura also had a brief on secondment to the Reward team at Amey's parent company, Ferrovial, in Madrid from May 2014 to August 2014. Before joining Amey, they worked at Fujitsu as a Reward Manager from July 2010 to September 2011 and as a Reward Consultant from 2005 to 2010. Laura began their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Reward Coordinator in 2003.

Laura Neiland earned their BA Hons degree in English Literature and Philosophy from The University of Sheffield, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Masters degree at the University of Westminster from 2007 to 2010, specializing in MA People Development.
