Susana De Luca

Susana De Luca has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2023. Susana co-founded a brand and design studio called MIKA STUDIO, where they provided consulting on brand building and growth strategies. Susana also managed press relationships and executed launch events as a Marketing Assistant at Umbrage Editions, Publishing House.

In 2014, Susana joined Uber Technologies as a Marketing Manager, where they executed marketing functions and participated in the rebranding project for the LATAM region. Susana later became the Senior Marketing Manager for Colombia, Ecuador, and Bolivia, leading the marketing team responsible for brand and marketing plans.

After their tenure at Uber, they worked as the Head of Marketing for Glovo App in Central America and the Caribbean, overseeing marketing plans for multiple countries. Susana then joined PedidosYa as the Head of Marketing, where they managed marketing budgets, developed brand content, and defined a new structure for marketing teams.

Susana also took a hiatus to care for their children as a stay-at-home parent, enhancing their skills in leadership, teamwork, determination, and prioritization. Additionally, they worked as a freelance advisor in retail apparel and fashion, focusing on growth strategy, rebranding, and digital marketing.

Currently, Susana holds the position of Marketing Manager - US Market at Ramsay Innovations, Inc. with their start date in February 2023.

Susana De Luca's education history begins in 2011 when they attended the University of Connecticut for a course in Communication in Business. In 2012, they studied Advertising at the School of Visual Arts. From 2006 to 2012, Susana obtained their degree in International Marketing and Advertising from Universidad ICESI.

In 2017, Susana enrolled in the Harvard Business School Online where they completed a course in Uber Executive Education, specifically focusing on Leadership and Strategy.

In addition to their formal education, Susana has obtained certifications in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain. However, the specific months and years of when they obtained these certifications are unknown.
