Caroline Chapellier

Caroline Chapellier is an experienced Senior Change Manager at Ramsay Santé since July 2021, responsible for the definition and implementation of change processes in an Agile environment. Prior to this, Caroline held various roles including ITIL Project Manager at OPEN, where change processes were established for ArianeGroup and a service request catalog was redesigned. Caroline has also served as Change Manager for Crédit Agricole Payment and Services and PSA Peugeot Citroën, focusing on improving change processes and managing infrastructure changes. Caroline began their career in IT as a systems and network technician, gaining diverse experience across various sectors, including finance and telecommunications. Caroline holds a Master 2 in Management and Consulting of Information Systems from ESGI and a BTS in Management IT from ENC Bessières.
