Emmanuel Dechirot

Emmanuel Dechirot currently serves as Directeur de Pole- Directeur Général at Ramsay Santé since October 2023. Previously, Emmanuel held the position of Directeur ressources humaines groupe at ELSAN from July 2020 to October 2023 and worked as Directeur général at Clinique du Pont Saint Vaast from September 2019 to June 2020. From January 2016 to September 2019, Emmanuel was Directeur des opérations at ELSAN, overseeing 18 healthcare facilities with a revenue of €335 million, and contributed as a member of the executive committee. Earlier experiences include roles at Générale de Santé from March 2005 to December 2015, which involved leading hospital projects in the Lille metropolitan area, and at Darty from February 2002 to March 2005, managing after-sales service and logistics in northern France and Normandy. Emmanuel holds an M.B.A. from IÉSEG School of Management and a CESA from HEC Paris.
