Romain Gunst

Romain Gunst serves as the Responsable Excellence Opérationnelle at Ramsay Santé since January 2022, focusing on optimizing administrative processes within the HR and Finance shared service center, which handles 480,000 payslips and 1 million invoices annually. Prior to this role, Romain accumulated extensive experience at SERVAIR from 2007 to 2021, holding various positions including Product Owner Supply Chain and IT Business Partner, where responsibilities included the deployment of a new multi-site ERP and change management. Romain also managed operational teams and led projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and integrate SAP systems. Earlier experience includes a continuous improvement internship at Renault. Romain holds a Mastère spécialisé in Organization and Production Management from Arts et Métiers and an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from EIGSI.
