David Evans

David is a Solicitor and a Partner in the Commercial Property team.

He joined Ramsdens having spent the last 25 years as a Partner and Head of Property at a niche city centre law firm in Leeds.

David has a wide range of experience in acting on matters ranging from the acquisition and sale of industrial and commercial property and its subsequent disposal, letting or development for both commercial and residential uses. He acts for a number of clients in the retail sector dealing with lettings and related landlord and tenant matters.

David’s clients include a number of active SME’s and high net worth individuals and strongly believes in providing a personal partner lead service to clients in an effort to get matters done, often within tight timescales.
