Gwen Sharp

Gwen is a Solicitor and Partner in the Commercial Property Team and brings over 20 years’ experience working in real estate, having previously worked at a global law firm for over 15 years.

Gwen has an extremely broad range of experience, working for clients in both the public and private sectors with particular expertise in large scale development projects, university estates work, site assembly and funding work for mixed use schemes and high value acquisition/disposal and asset management work for investment clients.

Gwen is known for her ability to build strong relationships, not only with colleagues and clients but with lawyers and clients on the other side of transactions, where she is known to work flexibly and proactively with all parties involved in the transaction in order to achieve the aims of her clients.

Gwen was ranked as a Next Generation Partner in The Legal 500, in both 2021 and 2022.
