Kate McNally

Kate is a Solicitor and Partner in our Family team and specialises in Child Care Law.

She qualified in 1987 and has been on the Law Society Children’s Panel for many years and is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist.

Kate is an experienced Advocate and has obtained her Higher RIghts of Advocacy (Civil) qualification. She represents children and parents in complex Care, Adoption and Special Guardianship cases.

She is also regularly instructed in difficult private law Residence and Contact disputes.

Kate is recommended in The Legal 500, 2019.
