Veronica is a Solicitor and Partner and has over 15 years' experience of dealing with all aspects of Private Client work including Wills and Powers of Attorney and Trust and Estate Administration.

Veronica acts as a professional Attorney, Deputy and Trustee for numerous clients and organisations. Such experience and expertise has been recognised with her appointment as one of only 71 Public Guardian professional court Panel Deputies in England and Wales.

Veronica is also a Panel Guardian under the Guardianship (Missing Persons) Act 2017 which came into force on 31st July 2019. The panel of guardians was established and is supervised by the Office of the Public Guardian (“OPG”).

Through her work with vulnerable clients and those who are unable to manage their own, often complex, needs due to their injuries, including severe brain injury, Veronica is also able to offer litigation support services for other legal professionals.

Veronica is an active member of Dementia Action Alliances across the West Yorkshire region and is Dementia Friends Champion giving talks and information sessions to business and individuals about living and working with dementia.

She is also a member of the Court of Protection Practitioners Association (‘CoPPA’) for Yorkshire & The Humber.

Veronica is recommended in The Legal 500, 2021.
