Drew Hill

Drew Hill is an experienced creative professional with over two decades in the design and advertising industry. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Ramsey Solutions since November 2020, Drew has previously co-founded Inch X Inch, a nonprofit that has raised over $30K for underserved communities. As Creative Director at Element Three from July 2014 to October 2020, Drew significantly contributed to the agency's growth, managing multiple direct reports and overseeing creative projects that received numerous awards. Additional roles include Associate Creative Director at Hirons & Company and Senior Art Director at Jackson Integrated, among others, with a foundation in design education from Cincinnati Academy of Design.
