Eduard Agajanian

CFO at RAMS

Eduard is an operationally-focused finance executive with comprehensive and diverse experience in both public and private sectors in the Bay Area and Washington State. He also is an entrepreneur that enjoys working at his small motorsports establishment leading inventory acquisition and reconditioning efforts. Born and raised in the former Soviet Union, Eduard is fluent in Russian and understands and speaks Armenian. It is because of his diverse cultural background and immigration-related experience, he gravitates toward working with organizations that provide culturally-sensitive services to its community members.

Prior to RAMS, Eduard held various financial leadership roles and directed accounting and finance operations. He served as CFO/COO of Santa Cruz Women’s Center in Santa Cruz, CA where he helped the organization obtain its FQHC status and secure a new access point grant. As Evotec’s CFO, Eduard helped the company secure several large NIH contacts to provide services across several sites in CA, NJ, and CT. At Community Solutions in Gilroy, CA, he helped the agency achieve higher efficiencies and obtain CARF accreditation for the first time. Eduard’s approach to financial leadership is based on very simple principles of balance, financial discipline, empowerment, and collaboration. He enjoys working with his staff, service providers, the leadership team, and other RAMS stakeholders who promote and create positive change for the communities they serve.

Mr. Agajanian holds B.S. in Mathematics from Yerevan State University, studied Accounting and Finance at North Seattle Community College, and earned his MBA from St. Mary’s College of CA in Moraga, CA.
