Kris Narahara

Kris Narahara is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Richmond Area Multi Services since April 2023, and has been with RAMS, Inc. since December 2017 as an HR Generalist and Trauma Informed Systems Trainer. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, employee personnel documentation, and facilitating training sessions on Trauma Informed Systems of Care. Prior experience encompasses roles as HR Assistant at RAMS, Inc. and Supervisor at UNIQLO, alongside creative positions such as 2D Artist at Narvalous Inc. and various roles in animation and design. Kris holds a Certification in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation and Visual Development from Academy of Art University.
