What will you do in RamSoft?

1. Lead the development and implementation of incident response plans and procedures.
2. Coordinate and manage the response to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
3. Oversee the monitoring of network and system activity for signs of potential threats or intrusions.
4. Utilize various tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM systems) to identify, analyse, and respond to security alerts.
5. Conduct forensic analysis to understand the impact and cause of security incidents.
6. Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
7. Manage the remediation of identified vulnerabilities, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely manner.
8. Manage the day-to-day operations of the security operations center (SOC).
9. Implement and maintain security controls and monitoring tools.
10. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
11. Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.
12. Coordinate with other IT and business teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive security practices.
13. Provide training and awareness programs for staff on security best practices and threat awareness.
14. Develop, review, and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
15. Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as HIPAA, SOC 2 type 2, NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
16. Proficiency in security technologies and tools, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
17. Experience with incident response and digital forensics.
18. Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to across the organization.
19. Collaborate with external partners and organizations to stay updated on emerging threats and best practices.
20. Utilize Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) platforms such as Blackkite, Security Scorecard, and Falconfeeds.io to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
21. Prepare and present reports on the security posture, incidents, and remediation efforts to senior management.

Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in information security.

What will you bring RamSoft?

• Experience with security tools such as static and dynamic analysis tools, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and principles (e.g., OWASP Top Ten).
• Familiarity with security protocols and technologies (e.g., SSL/TLS,encryption, authentication).
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) .

You will really stand out if you have following of these:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or GIAC Secure Software Programmer (GSSP) are preferred.
