Balaji Ramaswamy

Balaji Ramaswamy has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Balaji began their career in 1994 as a Project Engineer at CPR Environmental Foundation, working on environment development projects. In 1996, they joined Skycell Communications (now Airtel) where they served as a Corporate Client Services executive for a year. In 1997, Balaji moved to Exxon Mobil Peevees Company Ltd, LPG Division, where they worked as a Business Development Manager until 2000. Balaji then joined Data Access India Limited as a Client Services specialist, handling client relationships from 2000 to 2003. Since 2003, Balaji has been associated with Ramsol Pvt Ltd / Wits Acumen, an Executive Search SBU, initially as an Entrepreneur in Researcher Recruitment, and later as the Director in the same domain.

Balaji Ramaswamy completed their BSc degree in Forestry from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University between the years 1990 and 1994. Prior to that, they attended Madras Christian College Higher Secondary School from 1984 to 1990.
