We are open to any kind of collaboration to facilitate the increased media presence of the Ramzy Group Active in the following industries: Hospitality (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), Real Estate (World Wide), Project Development and Management (from acquiring required permits until completing the building project and the desired management beyond). Proven experience in: • Leadership: training F&B management staff; setting up company structure, facilitating employee growth and development; training management teams; • Business Transformation: property reconstruction, rebranding, redefining strategies, change management, SWOT analysis and anticipation • Consulting: business consulting; leading consulting teams; mediation between different stakeholders; negotiating deals with suppliers, landlords and other service providers; Mergers and Acquisitions; • Operations: standardizing procedures, sales optimization, workflow automatization • Entrepreneurship: Director, investor & growth accelerator at various companies across all departments • Investment Management: deal negotiation, private equity, legal compliance
