Stefano Casadei

Stefano Casadei has a comprehensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stefano started their career as an Engineer at CNH Industrial in 2002. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Toyota Motor Europe, where they served as a Vehicle Production Engineer and later as a Toyota Graduate, gaining expertise in Lean Manufacturing Tools and Lean Thinking.

In 2011, Casadei joined Nestle S.A. as a Performance Acceleration Team Manager, leading a team of Senior Analysts and Engineers. Stefano successfully implemented cost improvement projects across multiple Nestle divisions, achieving significant cost reductions.

Casadei then moved to Nestle Purina North America in 2014, where they held various roles, including Production Manager Major and Factory Director. Stefano led the manufacturing operations in the largest wet pet food factory in North America, implemented continuous improvement initiatives, and achieved significant operational improvements in profitability and performance.

In 2019, Casadei joined Nestle as the Vice President of Operations, where they played a crucial role in improving profitability and performance across manufacturing operations sites. Stefano integrated manufacturing capabilities in additional sites and supported strategic capital projects.

In 2021, Casadei transitioned to Custom Made Meals as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing the company's operations. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Rana Meal Solutions, LLC, a role they assumed in 2022.

Stefano Casadei's education history begins with their attendance at the International School of London from 1997 to 2000, where they completed their Scientific International Baccalaureate. Stefano then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey, graduating in 2004. Following this, they furthered their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Technology Management, completing their studies in 2006.
