Olivier Maes

Olivier Maes has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on sales and management. Olivier is currently the Managing Director EMEA at Rancher Labs.

Previously, Olivier was the VP Sales DACH & Eastern Europe at SUSE, responsible for revenue growth in the DACH region. Prior to that, they spent 3 years at Rancher Labs as the Managing Director EMEA. During their time at Rancher Labs, Olivier was responsible for developing open-source software for running containers in production.

Before joining Rancher Labs, Olivier spent 11 years at Cisco Systems as the Country Manager for Emerging Markets. In this role, they were responsible for Cisco's business in Africa, the Middle East, and Russia. Olivier has also held positions at Mendix and Citrix Systems.

In addition to their work in the tech industry, Olivier is also a Member of the Advisory Board at Justdiggit.

Olivier Maes graduated from Singularity University with a Master's in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering. Olivier then went on to obtain their MBA from KU Leuven in Business Administration.

Olivier Maes works with Keith Basil - VP Edge Solutions, Valeria Manchester - VP Sales Operations, and Peter Smails - VP Marketing. Their manager is Sheng Liang, Co-Founder and CEO.
