Jim Root is an experienced leader in the wellness and hospitality industry, currently serving as Managing Director at We Care Spa since May 2024 and as a member of the Board of Advisors at Rancho La Puerta since December 2022. Root previously held the position of Senior Advisor at Rancho La Puerta, contributing 27 years of diverse experience. Earlier roles include Enchantment Group Director of Wellbeing, General Manager of Mii amo, and various leadership positions at Glen Ivy, Sea Island Resorts, and Miraval Life in Balance. With a Bachelor's Degree from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, Root has a proven track record in enhancing guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic development across multiple prestigious establishments.
